I am a qualified Company Secretary from The ICSI, a certified Trademark Agent from IP-INDIA and an alumnus of The Indian School of Business.

I co-founded RANJ, a multi-skilled, multi-disciplined Firm, offering a range of one-stop solutions in the sphere of Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency Laws, Securities Laws, Foreign Investment Regulations, Competition Law and other corporate advisory, with expertise, integrity and professionalism.

Key assignments handled include, structuring more than 100 issues of different types of Debt instruments under Domestic and FDI route, besides traditional form of fund raising via equity / preference shares for Start-ups, handling oppression & mismanagement matters and represented before Hon'ble CLB/NCLT.

In pursuit of my belief to make Companies professionally managed and process oriented, I have implemented comprehensive compliance management programs for top listed & unlisted public companies by leveraging technology thereby ensuring enhanced Corporate Governance Practices.

As a professional negotiator for commercial agreements and contracts I was instrumental in forging many cross border business transactions for large companies engaged in pharma, technology and infrastructure sectors.

I also strive to keep our clients and fraternity updated about the latest trends in corporate law through the newsletter of the firm "RANJ Corporate Updates". The corporate world, too, needs an assertive, pragmatic & trusted business advisor.

Besides the strategic and leadership roles at RANJ, I am also a passionate speaker at various Educational Institutions like ICSI, ICAI, OU, NALSAR, Symbiosis etc. and have authored a number of Articles on online learning platforms.

It was an honour to be appointed by Hon'ble NCLT Hyderabad Bench as a Committee Member to resolve a Corporate Management Dispute. In a separate case I was also appointed as a Scrutinizer for the Demerger process of AMARON group of Companies.

I have also had the privilege to train the officers of REC, CBI, ED and other officers of Central Economic Intelligence Bureau, Govt of India in respect of corporate criminal jurisprudence governing various corporate frauds or white collar crimes.
