I'm pleased to introduce myself as a Company Secretary holding Certificate of practice from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Besides, I'm a law graduate and a commerce hons. graduate from Delhi University and holding masters in Strategic Finance from ICFAI University.

In the last 18 years, I have worked in employment as well as had independent practice serving to the Corporates in the areas of Compliance and Regulatory authorities - SEBI, ROC, RBI, etc.. I hold various certifications enhancing my skills like - POSH, etc.

I'm looking to associate with like minded people who want to grow together.
