I am Bal Reddy Ramidi, presently serving as director at Pavani RMC for the last 11 years. and successfully running our ready-mix concrete business.

Belonging to a family of entrepreneurs, I was always more inclined towards running my own business.

Realizing the poor quality of raw materials & concrete was an issue in our state & country, I felt the need to revolutionize the construction industry and raise its quality standards by supplying high-quality ready-mix concrete to builders. That was how Pavani RMC came into existence. For the first six months, my role at Pavani consisted of supporting my brother, doing market research for our company.

With the construction industry booming in our State & India as well. we put in lots of hard work, we did exceptionally well and soon bought our second plant in Hyderabad.

I am glad to have been able to manage single-handedly all our company’s affairs for the last six years. As a proud part of Pavani, our achievements include serving nearly 10000 customers and selling around 10,00,000 cubic tonnes of high-quality concrete.

Pavani RMC’s primary goal has always been to provide the construction sector with better options for their raw material. Our focus has never been on making monetary profits alone.

I sincerely hope to quickly materialize our dream of raising the quality of construction in Hyderabad and other Indian regions by opening more plants and maintaining the supply of high-quality RMC.
